Guess What, I've Been Nominated For Sisterhood Of The World Bloggers Award

Hello dearies, it’s been a wonderful month for me so far, most especially for the fact that it’s still my birthday month. That aside, I’ve been nominated for the Sisterhood of the World Bloggers award. This nomination came from no other person than Moby, a wonderful blogger with a huge sense of humour. Thanks a lot my dear sis for this nomination. I’m honoured! You may wish to checkout her blog HERE.

The rules for the nomination are:
Thank the blogger who nominated you, linking back to their site (I’ve done that)
Put the award logo on your blog (This has been done)
Answer the ten questions sent to you.
Nominate five blogs.
Make up ten new questions for your nominees to answer.

Below are my answers to Moby’s questions:

1. Jollof rice or fried rice? 1b) Why?
It’s jollof rice because I can’t get enough of the sweet aroma of jollof rice. lolz
2. What do you think of Nigerian girls and makeup presently?
Honestly, Nigerian girls are going crazy about makeup lately, and it’s not just too good. I believe in taking good care of one’s self but at the same time, I believe that things should be done moderately.
3. Would you buy a product of good quality but less price or good quality but high price?
Product of good quality but less price.
4. Have you ever had to deal with self esteem (low or high)? If yes, how did you deal with it?
Hnmmm, I’ve dealt with low self esteem, but I was able to overcome it by regularly taking time out to mingle with friends, chat and see interesting movis.
5. Do you believe that children are a product of what their parent are?
It’s a NO for me because when a child grows, he/she choses which part to go in life. The fact that I’m a blogger today doesn’t mean that my children will follow suit when they grow up.
6. Your thought on present day marriages.
The present day marriages are totally different from what it used to be during the time of our forefathers. Those days, there was hardly anything like divorce – it was for better for worse which is not the case in today’s marriages. I really wish things could turn around for the better.
7. If you could change something about this country, what would it be?
It would be nothing more than ensuring motorable roads across the federation.
8. Thoughts on girls dating married men?
It’s gradually becoming a normal thing for single ladies to be dating married men. This is totally wrong and unacceptable both in the sight of men and God. Girls doing this should desist from such abominable act.
9. If you're given one million naira, what will you do with it?
I’ll first invest it and then think of what to do with it.
10. Do you love Moby? Hehehe
Of course, I do. (funny you Moby)

I am now nominating the following blogs:

My questions for you are:

What is the happiest moment of your life?
What would you change about your experience in secondary school?
What is that one thing that makes you cry each time you remember it?
If you were conscious when your parents were giving you a name, what name would you love to bear?
What has blogging taught you?
What is your favourite colour?
If you were to be a President of a country, which country’s President would you be?
Have you ever regretted being a Nigerian citizen (If yes, why?)
Which country of the world would you like to go on holidays?
Between inward beauty and outward beauty, which do you think is priceless?

I don taya abeg. Make una get better weekend.
