Meet 17-Year-Old Master’s Degree Holder Who Is Now Working On Her Ph.D

This is a great achievement at such a young age considering the fact that young people catch a lot of flack these days by spending too much time on their cell phones and not concentrating on getting a good education, among other things. But there are some that are excelling beyond expectation. Meet Thessalonika Arzu-Emby, a teen out of Illinois that has already earned her Masters! The young lady lives with her family at Great Lakes Naval Station. She has her Masters (from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia) and is now working on her doctorate. She’s been amazing since way back. Embry was home schooled and excelled so quickly, that she was able to start college at age 11.

Last fall, she began a Ph.D program in aviation psychology.“I feel honored for the opportunity to help others at an early age. I feel very glad to enter college and help people,” the bright young lady says.

She loves to write and has reportedly already written three books. In addition, as with many young ladies, she also loves traveling and sports such as swimming and tennis. Embry is also said to be active in her church, the Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, right outside of Chicago.

In addition to a Masters, she has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey. Enbry is interested specifically in aviation, she says, because of her father, who is a military veteran and a private pilot.

This young lady has high hopes – she hopes her current study of aviation psychology provides her with the knowledge to work for aviation companies to reduce “human factor errors,” which are the types of things that can cause airplane crashes.
