Teacher And Police Officer Suspended For Arranging Fight Between Two Schoolboys (Video)

A female teacher and school police sergeant have been suspended for allegedly arranging a fight between two schoolboys during class. Police Sergeant Olquidea Medina Feliz and teacher Ana Elia Mateo Abad were suspended the day after the video was uploaded on social media, where it caught the attention of the school authorities. The images show a classroom full of screaming children who watch in a circle as two boys in the middle get ready to fight each other.

A woman in a police uniform appears on screen, but instead of stopping the fight, she seems to be pushing other members of the class back to stop them getting in the way. Another woman, presumably the teacher, can then be seen doing the same thing trying to calm the excited spectators so that the boys can fight in peace.

The small children repeatedly hit and kick each other for various minutes, the video ends with one of them in a headlock on the floor.

The two female members of staff have reportedly been sacked for not intervening in the fight and the case remains under investigation after the incident emerged in the city of Boca Chica in the Dominican Republic.
